Sandra Burnette

Sandra Darlene Stone Burnette (MaMa) age 61 of Centreville, AL entered into her heavenly home on Sunday, June 21, 2026. Sandra was born on May 22, 1965 in Marion, AL. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, aunt and great aunt. She is survived by her loving mother, Dorothy Mae Nichols Stone, loving husband of 41 years, David Burnette, daughter, Amanda Leigh Burnette Mayton (Jimmy), son, Patrick David Burnette, sister, Rhonda Stone Gibson, niece, Jodie Lynn McCool (Josh), nephew, Brody Gibson, great nephew, Levi McCool, and great niece, Sadie McCool. She is preceded in death by her grandparents, William and Velma Stone and M.D. and Oda Mae Nichols, father, Jody Stone, brother, Ricky Joe Stone and grandson, Jordan Sawyer Burnette. Sandra loved the Lord, playing games with her family, traveling, eating seafood, loving on the school children and staff at BES where she was a Child Nutritionist Personnel for 22 plus years and spending time just being with family and friends. She was loved by her family, friends and everyone she came into contact with and will be greatly missed.

A visitation for Sandra will be held on Friday, June 26,2026 from 9:30AM- 11:00AM at Schultz Creek Baptist Church with graveside service to follow at Schultz Creek Baptist Church Cemetery Schultz Spring Road West Blocton, AL officiated by Reverend Allen Foster.

Serving as Pallbearers are: Drake Connell, Matthew Holladay, Steven Ray Nichols, Dennis Nichols, Brody Gibson, and Kevin Kinard.
