32 years ago we met our next door neighbors, Ricky & Sharon Hayes. They were and have stayed our good friends thru the years. Sharon taught me so much about being a good Christian, wife and mother. She was the best cook and I wasn’t, so I was very lucky to watch how she would always create excellent meals! When they decided to return to Alabama, we still kept in touch and visited as often as we could. I will so miss our calls....she would always answer with “What’s going on in Texas” and we would end it with “I love you too.” We were her and still are the Hayes’ Texas family!! Prayers for Ricky and all the kids. Jimbo & Kathy

I met Sharon well over20 years ago when I hired her for the Accounts Payable Manager for Command Alkon. We became instant friends and everyone at work felt the same as I did about Sharon. She was the kindest, most thoughtful person, a go to person, a highly respected person, a dedicated, dependable person, and the absolute best cook period. She would bake us cakes, occasionally bring us full meals for lunch, decorated all of our offices and cubicles for every season of the year. She never complained about anything unless you got into her space and moved something out of place. No sir, you weren’t allowed to do that. She carried our spirit stick and I’m sure she’s still caring that stick today! I will always love and cherish our friendship forever Sharon. God will take care of your precious family. Good bye my friend! ❤️🙏🏻👍🏻🎂🌹

I met Sharon 5 years ago.

She was the Town Clerk for Lake View. I was a new resident to Tannehill Preserve she always made everyone feel welcome.

Over the years we became good friends. She was always full of life, her love for Ricky her kids grandchildren and of course Dolly.

I will miss you my friend. My prayers are with Ricky and her family.

Friends always,

Aunt Sharon was a kind lady. When I would go to her house, as a kid, she always made sure we had something to eat and drink. She wanted to make you feel welcomed and at home. Words can’t express the loss my uncle and cousins are going through right now. Just know I am sending prayers of peace and comfort your way. Jesus loves you and is right in the midst of your grief and sorrow. Love you guys!
