He is preceded in death by his father, Peter Dakis; mother, Joann McCool.
He is survived by his son, Nick Dakis; step-sister, Jennifer Ann Mallah; and his former wife whom he still loved dearly, Patricia Davis.
A memorial will be held at Rockco Funeral Home on Monday, July 27, 2026 at 12pm.
