She was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Billy Harris.
She is survived by two sisters, Sara Johnson and Eleanor Owens; 4 children, Ben Harris, age 60, George Harris, age 58, Mary Harris Bowman, age 54, and Earl Harris, age 44; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren.
Thelma was a long standing member of Bethlehem Baptist Church on Highway 219 in Centreville. She was well remembered for her beautiful smile and sweet demeanor. She was full of love and respected by all. Thelma was much loved and will be greatly missed.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, March 20, 2025 at Rockco Funeral Home from 4pm-5pm with a funeral service to follow at 5 pm. Burial will be at Harris Cemetery.
