I was a classmate of Corey's from kindergarten all throughout high school. Shared many classes with him, especially in ROTC. A quiet, but generous person. I lost touch with him after high school, unfortunately, and after hearing the tragic news, I wish he and I engaged in conversation more.

You will be missed, Corey. My family will be praying for you and your family during this time.

God bless.
