Dolores Jacob Fitch

Dolores Jacob Fitch passed away peacefully on Saturday, August 16, 2014 in Covington, LA at the age of 86. Born in New Orleans, LA, she was preceded in death by her parents, Earl Jacob, Sr. and Nora Arceneaux Jacob, her beloved husband, George Andrew Fitch, Sr., and precious granddaughter, Danielle Albert. She was the loving mother of George Fitch, Jr. (Rosie), Sandra Weese (late Norris), and Judy Albert (Danny); beloved grandmother of Brent Fitch, Nikki F. Vodanovich, Jake Weese, Melissa W. Essaied, and Andrea W. Evans; dearest great-grandmother of Donovan and Harrison Fitch, Elle and Luke Vodanovich, Sadie and Katlyn Weese, and Violet and Juliet Essaied. She is also survived by a loving sister, Earline Culotta, and brother, Earl Jacob, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, August 22, 2014 from 10:00 AM- 11:00AM. A Memorial Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
