Elsie Riedl Vamprine, age 91 years, passed away on Saturday, May 28, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Edward Joseph Vamprine. Loving mother of Cindy Vamprine Hymel (Jimmy Hymel) and Edward L. Vamprine (Janice Winn). Daughter of the late Louis Riedl and Mary Bersuder Riedl. Sister of Eddie Riedl, Irma Moeller, Edna Fournet and the late Louis Riedl, Bill Riedl, Joseph Riedl, Albert Riedl, Ernie Riedl, Mae Johnson, and Alma Diggs. Grandmother of Brandon Hymel, Blake Hymel (Kim), Evan Vamprine, and Sasha Vamprine. Great grandmother of Blakely Hymel. Mrs. Vamprine was a member of the AARP Chapter 3851 which she had many enjoyable experiences with. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Wednesday, June 1, 2016 at 11:00 AM.
