Eric Michael Blache Sr. passed away at his home on Friday, December 04, 2015 at the age of 76. He was the cherished husband of Diane Lyons Blache for 58 years. Loving father of Eric Blache Jr. (Sharon), Terri B. Conrad (Jeffrey) and Tina B. Salande (Felix). Son of the late Earl and Ruth Blache. Brother of Earline and Linda. Proud grandfather of 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Also survived by nieces, nephews and friends. Eric was a longtime member of the Knights of Columbus No. 5747 and retired from UPS after many years of service. He will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, December 8, 2015 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 11:00 AM. He will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
