Frederick B. Keller III, beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 71. He leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories. He was a devoted husband, having shared 50 beautiful years of marriage with his beloved wife, Sylvia Everard Keller. Proud father to Frederick B. Keller IV (Heidi Keller) and Adam A. Keller (Sheila Redmon). Caring grandfather to Kya-Rose Keller and Khloe Keller; son to Joyce Keller; brother to Cynthia Johnson, Cheryl Peranio and Brian Keller. He is preceded in death by his father, Frederick B. Keller Jr.
An avid adventurer, Frederick found joy in the open road, often seen cruising on his cherished Harley-Davidson, the wind in his hair and a smile on his face. His passion for motorcycles was matched only by his skillful craftsmanship in woodwork and mechanics, pursuits that brought him immense satisfaction and creativity. A true outdoorsman, he found solace in the simplicity of nature, whether it was cutting grass, hunting in the woods, casting his line in a tranquil river, or marveling at the beauty of classic cars. He embraced life's simple pleasures with enthusiasm and gratitude. He had a heart of gold and did not mind lending a helping hand to anyone. His love for good food was evident in his appreciation for hearty meals, with steak, potatoes, and crawfish bisque ranking among his favorites. Yet, his greatest joy came from sharing these meals with his family, especially his grandchildren, who held a special place in his heart. Frederick was well loved in his community. He was known as the Mayor of Charles drive. But perhaps nothing brought him more joy than the companionship of his loyal dog, Izzy. He will be deeply missed by us all, but his memory will live forever in our hearts.
In lieu of flowers please make donations in his honor to any Animal Shelter or Diabetes Organization.
