Glen John Barrilleaux passed away at his home on Thursday, December 1, 2016 at the age of 59. Beloved husband of the late Theresa Murry Barrilleaux. Loving father of Karee B. Hussain, wife of Sanawar (Hasan), and Jennifer L. Barrilleaux. Proud grandfather of Savannah, Matthew, and Hasan. He is survived by his brothers, Gary J. Barrilleaux (the late Laurie), and his brother, and best friend, Alvin J. Barrilleaux (Lee). Glen was preceded in death by his parents, Alcide C. Barrilleaux Jr. and Annie G. Barrilleaux, and his brother Alcide C. Barrilleaux III (Karen). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. He was close to his nephew Scott Barrilleaux, and loved him like his own son. Glen was well loved, and will be greatly missed by his family, and friends.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, December 10, 2016 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. He will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
