Hannah Angelle Landwehr was called Home suddenly by her Heavenly Father on August 3, 2018 at the very young age of 16. She walked hand in hand with her mother, Brandi McGough Landwehr through Heavens Gates. She was originally from St. Bernard, LA and a current resident of Madisonville, LA. She would have begun her junior year of high school this week. Hannah was a vibrant, loving and caring soul with an electric personality. Whenever Hannah would walk into a room, she would make her presence known. For her very short life on this earth, her years were filled with wonderful memories with her family and friends. She was a member of World Prayer Tabernacle Church and their youth group. Hannah is the beloved and cherished daughter of William Edward Landwehr and the late Brandi McGough Landwehr, stepdaughter of Debbie Cook Landwehr, sister of Hailey Madison Landwehr, stepsister of Derek Grose and Dustin Grose, granddaughter of William and Andrea Landwehr, Ray and Karen Brown, great granddaughter of Holden and Gladys Rodriguez, goddaughter of Cyndi Landwehr and Brent McGough, niece of Gelinda McGough, Richard and Rhonda Brown, great niece of Elizabeth Landwehr Dillon, Clarence Miller, Robert & Cindy Brown, Rose Merwin, Don & Susan Rodriguez, Ronnie & Lee Rodriguez, Kenny McGough, Danny McGough, Sandra and Terry Nugent, & Karen Navarro, niece of William Barnes, cousin to: Trevor, Richard II, Raechel, Rian, Peyton, Megan, Brian (w/Tiffany), Jennifer, Krista(h/Brian), Peyton, Kendall, Melissa, Ethan, Gabe & Zach. Preceded in death by: grandfather Monte Wayne McGough, great grandparents Monte Gray and Jesse Lee McGough, great uncle Bobbie McGough, great grandparents William Landwehr Sr. and Eunice Poche’ Landwehr, grandmother Genie Landwehr, great aunt Mary Miller, aunt Theresa Landwehr Barnes. She will be greatly missed by a multitude of family and friends. “God has you in his arms, but we will always have you in our hearts.”
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering in Hannah’s honor on Thursday, August 16, 2018 at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. VIRTUE ST, in Chalmette, from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A Memorial Service will be held at 1:00 PM. She will be laid to rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the educational fund of Hannah’s surviving sister, Hailey Madison Landwehr.
