I was shocked and saddened to hear of Harold's passing. I had the pleasure of working with him for several years at BCBSLA. He was the most kind, patient soul and always had a smile and kind word. No matter the issue, he was always willing to help resolve it. The world has lost a good man but Heaven has gained an angel. I pray for comfort and strength for all who loved him. He will be missed by many. RIP my friend.
