John “Buck” Albrecht Jr., a devoted son, loving father, cherished brother and friend, passed away peacefully at the age of 61. His life was marked by a deep love for his family. Proud father to Peyton Albrecht and JohnMerl Albrecht (Sara). Caring son of John Albrecht Sr. (Marge); brother to Lynne Blanchard (Mark), Robbie Albrecht and Craig Albrecht. He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia T. Albrecht.
John’s greatest joy in life was his family. He was known for his deep love of the outdoors, often finding solace and happiness in nature’s embrace. His kindness, generosity, and unwavering support will be deeply missed by all who knew him. The family extends special thanks to Donald and Jeannine Talazac for their incredible support and help during this time. Their compassion and dedication have been a great comfort. His legacy of love, strength, and joy will live on in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, September 28, 2024 from 9:00 AM-11:00 AM. A memorial mass will begin at 11:00 AM.
