Joyce Troye Camp

Joyce Troye Camp beloved wife of the late Clarence Camp, Jr. went home to heaven on March 2, 2015 at 5:45am. Joyce is the daughter of the late Eva Ricouard Troye and Mathais Troye. Devoted mother of Barbara Daughtry (David), Virginia Munson (Mark), Clarence Camp (Julie), Joyce Ann Price (Cadle), Edward Camp (Lisa), Tracy Hartman (James), Troy Camp (Natalie). Sister of Melva Caillouet. She is preceded in death by her son Matt Camp, brother Matt Troye and grandson Daniel Camp. She is survived by 16 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, with one due to arrive in April and 1 great-great grandson. She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. The family would like to thank Mrs. Allene McCann and her staff at Guardian Angel Hospice for the wonderful care and support to the family. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, March 6, 2015 from 9:00 A.M. – 12:30 P.M. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 2621 Colonial Blvd, Violet, LA 70092 at 1:00 P.M. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
