Jude Joseph Noote Sr.

Jude leaves behind his partner of 20 years, Jeffrey LePere. Loving father of Jude Noote Jr. (Heidi), Marie Noote (Ryan) and Joey Edwards (Brandy). Brother of Laurie Karlow (William). Proud grandfather of Fallon Carbone, Gavin Kraemer, Christina Edwards, Jude Noote III, Katelynn Edwards, Jordin Noote and Parker Caygle. Great Grandfather of Everleigh Kraemer. He is survived and fondly remembered by his nieces, nephews, countless cousins and friends.

Jude is preceded in death by his parents, Patricia C. Noote and William Noote, his sister Donna N. Rocher and brother William Noote Jr. and his former spouse the late Susan P. Noote.

Jude enjoyed hosting the St. Joseph’s Altar, which he and his family held for over 40 years. He is a former employee of Proskauer Rose Law Firm, he volunteered at the National Shrine of Blessed Francis Xavier Seelos and is a graduate of Holy Cross High School Class of 1979. In his spare time, Jude loved researching his family history and enjoyed local, U.S. and world history as well.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Tuesday, January 14, 2025 from 9:00AM - 11:00AM. A Funeral Mass will follow. He will be laid to rest in All Saints Mausoleum located in Metairie Cemetery, New Orleans, LA.
