Kevin Ralph Roig Sr. passed away on Monday, November 3, 2014 at the age of 58. Beloved husband of Christine Abadie Roig for 12 years. Father of Kevin Roig Jr., Valerie Roig Hyver (Chris) and Jacob Roig. Stepfather of Matthew and Caitlin Schmill. Son of the late Frank and Earline Jones Roig. Brother of the late Barry Roig (Penny). Proud grandfather of Kevin Roig III and Chloe Roig.
Kevin was a native of New Orleans and a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. He was a graduate of Chalmette High School and self employed with Excalibur Refrigeration. Kevin enjoyed body building, working out and helping others achieve their fitness goals. He will be fondly remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, November 8, 2014 from 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will be private.
