Luke was the proud father of his sons, Zeke and Dane Keirsey. He is survived by his parents Ron and Jean Keirsey; sister, Amy K. Lavis; nephew Charlie Lavis and niece Rachel Lavis; the mother of his children, Julie Ginart; and many family members and friends.
Luke made friends easily, was loved by everyone he met, worked hard and was always willing to help. He will be dearly missed.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a fund for his sons at Capital One Bank.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm. A private interment will be held at a later date.
