Manny Ernest Gallardo

Manny “Manny Fressh” Gallardo passed away on May 4, 2023, at the age of 42. He was the loving husband to Kelli Gallardo. Caring son of Henry “Hank” and Cynthia “Cindy” Gallardo; brother of Jennifer Gallardo Hebert (Stanley). Proud stepfather to Daimian Todd; Uncle “P” of Chloe Bordelon, Kylie Bordelon, Caroline Huber and Finnley Hebert. Loving grandson of Gloria Gallardo; son-in-law of Wendy Cuccia; brother-in-law of Karen Cuccia; nephew of Betty Jo Melerine, Veenie and Steve Gallodoro, Wallace Perez (Jane) and Andy Perez (Shelly); cousin of Stevie and Patti Gallodoro, Anthony and Jessica Gallodoro, Gino Gallodoro, Shelley and Craig Melerine, Brett and Catherine Perez, Jude and Jessica Perez, Andrew and Gage Perez. He is survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Manny is preceded in death by his grandparents, Henry Gallardo Sr., Wallace and Bernice Perez; his aunt Connie Perez.

Manny was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. His greatest pleasure was spending time with his family. He was the person who could always make you laugh. His mission was to make sure everyone had a smile on their faces. He was so loved by all and will be missed tremendously.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, May 13, 2023, from 9:00 AM-1:00 PM. A funeral service will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in ST. BERNARD CATHOLIC CEMETERY, 2805 Bayou Rd, St. Bernard, LA.
