Marietta “Yetta” Lambert Planchard passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, December 11, 2017 at the age of 81. She was the loving mother of Jodie P. Lohfink (Glenn), Rene’ A. Planchard, Jr. (Gina) and Clifford A. Planchard (Mary). Daughter of the late Clifford Lambert Sr. and Daisy Lankford Lambert. Sister of the late Florita Wolter and Clifford Lambert Jr. Proud grandmother of Robert J. Planchard (Tiffanee), Mandy Repath (J.P.), Marissa P. Stillwell (Kristen), Clifford Planchard, Jr. and Joshua Planchard. Great grandmother of Ryder, Gavin, Layla, Averi, Troy and Elias. Marietta was a dedicated employee of Schoen Life Insurance Company for many years and eventually retired from Canal Jewelry on Canal Street. Her presence in this world will be greatly missed by her family, friends and everyone fortunate enough to know her. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, December 18, 2017 from 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM. A memorial service will begin at 11:00 AM. Inurnment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
