Mary Toucheque

Mary Dean Toucheque passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014 at the age of 54. She was the cherished wife of Lloyd J. Toucheque for 33 ½ years. Loving and devoted mother of Justin W. Toucheque, Paul A. Toucheque (Sheri) and the late Beth M. Toucheque. Daughter of William and Josephine Camarata Dean. Sister of Larry J. Dean (Bunny) and the late William G. Dean, Jr. (Maris) and Gregory P. Dean. Sister-in-Law of Cathy Springer, former wife of Gregory P. Dean, Sr. and mother of Gregory P. Dean, Jr. and Jessica D. Nicolosi, Bobbi Allen (David), Charlotte Wright, Danny Kay, Joseph Kay (Terry) and Peggy Thibodeaux (Bruce). Aunt of Tiffany D. Weigand (Conrad Jr.), William G. Dean III (Vanessa), Joseph P. Dean, Gregory P. Dean, Jr. (Leann), Jessica D. Nicolosi (Scott) and the late Brigette L. Dean.

Mary was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish. She was employed with Gethsemane Preschool for over 20 years. Mary was a teacher and mother to many. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew her.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, July 7, 2014 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
