Nick was born on February 7, 1925 in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish, currently residing in St. Amant, LA. As a young girl growing up right down the street . Uncle Nick , Aunt Joy , cousins Nick , Ricky ,Jane, and Julie, I remember walking to their house and always being greeted by Uncle Nick with his infectious smile and loving nature. He was always so full of life and a very happy go lucky person. Loved his hunting and fishing, drinking a cold beer and playing with his many Chihuahua’s. Loved his children. As an adult , I remember visiting them in St Amant and watching my dad , Joseph and Uncle Nick reminiscing about old times and fishing and hunting trips. They would laugh and hug and talk for hours. Now I picture them both, sitting together in heaven laughing at those same old stories. Heaven has gained such beautiful Angels with many Colletti family members. I pray for them all nightly and hope they are all together up there playing cards and drinking a cold beer. Love you Daddy, (Joseph) Uncle Nick, Aunt Joy ,Jane , Aunt Amy, Aunt Rosemary. Grandpa Colletti and others. Keep watch over your family here on earth until we are all joined again in Heaven.

God needed another Angel so he chose you,Nick. I know you will be greeted by your family who arrived in Heaven before you. Three new Colletti Angels in 6 months . My beloved Angel Joseph is up there and I feel that is still walking beside me. You,too, have earned your wings so fly high dear brother-in-law as you join your loved ones. Give everyone my love until we meet again. Love Lois.

Dear brother,God called me 6 months ago and now we are joined together once more with our loved ones who preceded us to join the Angels in Heaven. We left behind some who grieve for us but we can look after them until we are altogether again. Love Joseph
