Patricia “Patsy” Monteleone passed away on January 8, 2023 in Hammond, LA, at the age of 82. She was born in New Orleans, LA on June 18, 1940. A resident of Ponchatoula, LA. She was a devoted sister to Gayle Prattini (the late Francis), June Frechou (Glenn), Gus Monteleone Jr. (Carol) and Jim Monteleone Sr. (Phyllis). Caring aunt to Lisa, Gus III, Frank Jr., Jim Jr., Theresa, Paul, Philip, Bob, Anna, Glenn Jr., Chris and Marc; great aunt of 21 nieces and nephews; great great aunt to many great great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, Gus and Frances Monteleone.
Pat was a very devoted Catholic. She was a loving and giving person who always put family first. She treasured her friends dearly. She will be missed by us all but her memories will live forever in our hearts.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, January 16, 2023 from 12:00 PM- 1:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 PM. Burial will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
