Mr. Adkins was the husband of Cindy Adkins for the past ten years; son of the late Homer and Fannie Adkins; father of Justin Adkins and his wife Nikki, Kristin Adkins, and Clinton Adkins; step-father of David Bortnick and his wife Susan, and Jenny Karubian; grandfather of Cole, Caitlyn, Lucas, Naomi, Eliya, and Mikala; brother of Hubert, Kenny and Roy Adkins and Wanda Little; son-in-law of Penny Pollard. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and his beloved Maltese, Jamie.
Mr. Adkins was a journeyman lineman and a member of IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers). He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman.
Mrs. Adkins wishes to express her heartfelt appreciation to all family and friends who helped to support her and Mr. Ralph during this difficult time, including Shelby McClellan, Fred Schule, III, and the staff of Canon Hospice.
A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
