Rose Lea Perret Lepine

Rose Lea Perret Lepine went to meet her Lord and Savoir on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at the age of 78. Her final days were spent surrounded by family and friends that she had touched in some way throughout her very memorable life. She was the cherished wife of the late Robert Lepine Sr. Loving mother of Robert Lepine Jr., Roberta Bruard (Sylvester), David Lepine (Penny), Charlene Carter (Johnny), and Todd Lepine. Daughter of the late Clarence and Helen Loze Perret Sr. Sister of Clarence Perret Jr. (Jeannie), Robert Perret (Marcella) and the late Gerald Perret. Proud grandmother of Mandy Mumphrey (Frank), Ross Carter, David Lepine Jr., Jolie Bruard, Angelle Bruard, Gabrielle Bruard and Noah Lepine. Great grandmother of Alyssa Lepine, Cayden Lepine, Zander Lepine, Anthony Mumphrey, Alexa Reis and Alex Reis. She is also survived and fondly remembered by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends. Rose was born in New Orleans, LA and was a lifelong resident of St. Bernard Parish where she was well loved and affectionately known for her good nature and generous heart. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Monday, December 14th from 9:00AM – 12:00PM. A Funeral Mass in Rose’s memory will take place at St. Bernard Catholic Church, 2805 Bayou Rd., St. Bernard, LA beginning at 1:00PM. She will be laid to rest with her husband Robert in St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery.
