Salvador Anthony Mangano

Salvador Anthony Mangano, age 80, of Saint Bernard, Louisiana passed away on Wednesday, March 31, 2021. Salvador was born July 27, 1940 to the late John Joseph Mangano Sr. and Lucy Castrogiovanni. Besides his parents, Salvador was preceded by his brother , Johnny Mangano and a sister , Mary Mangano. Salvador was the loving husband of Mabel Buffone Mangano of more than 60 years of marriage. He was the proud father of Salvador A. Mangano Jr. (T.J.) and Tammy Mangano White (John). Loving grandfather to Salvador A. Mangano III (Tabitha), Tanner Mangano (Danielle), John White III , Matthew White and Michael White. Proud grandfather of Logan Mangano, Preston White, John White IV, Salvador A. Mangano IV and Maylin Guidry Mangano.

A visitation for Salvador will be held Saturday, April 3, 2021 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at St Bernard Mem Funeral Home, 701 W VIRTUE ST, CHALMETTE, LA 70043, followed by a funeral service from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Burial to follow services at St. Bernard Catholic Cemetery , 2805 Bayou Rd St. Bernard, LA 70085.
