Suzanne M. deLorimier, age 52, passed away on Monday, January 4, 2016. She was a native of St. Bernard Parish, a resident of Houston for 9 years, and a resident of Prairieville for the past year. Mrs. deLorimier was the wife of Michael C. deLorimier, Sr. for 35 years; daughter of the late Dominick and Rose Armstrong Mistretta; mother of Mike deLorimier, Jr. (Jennifer) and Amanda “Moo” deLorimier (fiancé Fred Walker); Beloved MeMaw of Caroline Elizabeth deLorimier; sister of Lisa Smith (Phil), Rhonda Mistretta, and Deana Kalmbach (Terrell); aunt of Katelin (Chris), Sarah (Parker), Sadie (Alex), Rosie, Trey and Catherine. She is also survived by many other loving family members, friends, and colleagues. Mrs. deLorimier enjoyed volunteering for various charities and organizations, spending time with her family, and doting upon her beloved granddaughter. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, January 8, 2016 from 10:00 am until 2:00 pm. A Funeral Service will begin at 2:00 pm in the Chapel.
