

Tommy is survived by his father, Frank Long Cao, and his siblings: Kennedy Cao and Trang Nguyen (wife), Linda Cao and Phuong Nguyen (husband), Michael Cao and Thuy Hùynh (wife), Louis Cao, Davis Cao, Lisa Cao, Tina Cao and Tony Tran (husband), Danny Cao, Tracy Cao and Joey Nguyen (husband), Nicky Cao, Angela Nguyen and Joseph Cao. He now joins in eternal rest his dearly missed siblings John Cao, Cindy Cao, and mother Su Thi Cao.
A passionate Philadelphia Eagles fan and a devoted follower of rock music - especially his favorite band, August Burns Red - Tommy lived life with unmatched enthusiasm and heart. He believed deeply in living in the moment and sharing joy with those around him.
Tommy will be remembered for his boundless generosity and unwavering love for his family and friends. He was the kind of person who would give you the shirt off his back without hesitation. Whether it was a family gathering or a simple outing, Tommy made sure no one was left out, always extending an open invitation to those he cared about.
His infectious spirit, kindness, and deep sense of loyalty will live on in the memories of all who knew and loved him. Tommy had a big heart—and he used every bit of it.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial gathering to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Saturday, May 3rd from 9:00AM – 11:00AM, followed by a Memorial Mass beginning at 11:00AM. Tommy will be laid to eternal rest in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
