

Vincent J. Misuraca passed away at his home on Sunday, May 3, 2026 at the age of 69. Vincent was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather and friend whose kindness, humor and passion for life will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Vincent was born on September 2, 1956 to Victor Misuraca and Beatrice Tumminello Misuraca. He was born in New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of St. Bernard Parish before settling in Petal, MS after Hurricane Katrina. He spent many years serving his community through his career with the United States Postal Service before retiring. Outside of work, he was a proud member of the National Rifle Association and was well known for his love of classic MOPAR automobiles. He enjoyed spending time working on cars, attending car events and sharing his enthusiasm with fellow classic car enthusiasts.
Vincent is survived by his loving wife of 29 years, Patricia Haslauer Misuraca; his stepdaughters, Annette Keeler and Kristie Dillon (Clay); his grandchildren, Robert Bartholomew III, Ricky M. Robin and Madelyn Dillon and his great grandchildren, Lily and Jayden Bartholomew. He also leaves behind several sisters, brothers-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins, extended family members, and many dear friends.
Vincent will be remembered for his generous spirit, his dedication to his family and the joy he brought to those around him. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who loved him.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial visitation to be held at St. Bernard Memorial Funeral Home, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 8:00AM - 11:00AM.
A Memorial Service will begin at 11:00AM in the Chapel. Inurnment will follow in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
