William Howard Dupre passed away on Sunday, August 30, 2015 at the age of 85. He was the cherished husband of Elizabeth Goforth Dupre for 67 years. Loving father of Cynthia Dupre Bauer (Calvin). Son of the late Louis and Agnes Dupre. Brother of George L. Dupre. Proud grandfather of Nicole Bauer LaCava (Brett). Great grandfather of Quinn Elizabeth LaCava. William was a resident of New Orleans and Chalmette, LA before moving to Mandeville, LA in 2006. He was a proud United States Navy veteran. William will be forever remembered and deeply missed by all who knew him. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a visitation to be held at ST. BERNARD MEMORIAL FUNERAL HOME, 701 W. Virtue St., Chalmette, LA on Friday, September 4, 2015 from 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 PM. He will be laid to rest with military honors in St. Bernard Memorial Gardens.
