To Mr. Heistand’s Loved Ones,
James Heistand was my first ever resident that I had the opportunity to care for at the start of my nursing career. I was scared and didn’t know what to excpect , but he was the sweetest man I’ve ever met with a smirk that I will never forget. He made me laugh and he reassured me that this was for sure the career I wanted to pursue. I will never forget his name and I will never forget the mark he left on my heart.

My condolences,

Doreen Rice

Dear Eunice,
When I saw your husband died, I wanted to tell you I'm so sad for you. I know you visited him so faithfully and it must have been so hard to see him unable to do the things that are so much a part of living a quality life, day-to-day.
May you find peace and comfort in the days, weeks, and months to come.
Doreen Rice
