Born April 26, 1930, in Reedburn, N.Y., she was the daughter of the late John and Mildred Schreier, of Walton N.Y..
She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years, William E. Barnes; her sister, Beulah Kershner; brother, Paul Schreier; and brother, Donald Schreier.
Surviving are her two sons, Stephen J. Barnes (Towanna), and Danny W. Barnes (Loraine); five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren; brother, Jack Schreier; and sisters, Bonnie Yale and Joan Totten.
There will be no viewing. Burial will be at Parklawns Memorial Gardens of Chambersburg and will be a private service at the convenience of the family.
