Ann B. Berg

Ann passed away on Wednesday, December 23rd at home. She leaves behind two children, two grandchildren and four siblings. She was preceded in death by her husband, and one true love, Bruce William Berg. She received her RN after attending St Joseph’s School of Nursing in Louisville, KY in 1970, and later earned a bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, TX. After a long career in nursing, working everything from ER to Hospice, she went on to train young healthcare givers, sharing her extensive knowledge of the field. She was not just a nurse by trade, but by nature. Her lasting impression has been felt by countless patients and family members throughout the years.

A memorial service will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary in Chandler, AZ on Sunday, December 27th at 1:30 PM. A burial service will be held at Cave Hill Cemetery in Louisville, KY, where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.

The family respectfully requests that in lieu of flowers, a donation be made in her name to the American Cancer Society.
