Audrey Diana Moore

Passed away on August 28, 2015 at her home in Sun Lakes, after a long illness. She was born on October 8, 1933 in Brighton, England to Albert and Dora Beckett. After high school, she worked in the hotel industry, learning Continental style cooking and becoming a pastry chef at a large hotel. Later on, she took computer programming classes and joined the Southern Arizona Bank in Tucson, AZ. She remained for twenty years, through several consolidations and name changes and retired from First Interstate Bank in 1995 as a Senior Programmer Analyst. Her hobbies included golf, Bridge, Mah Jong and travel, especially cruise ships. She is survived by her husband, Richard Cates and grand daughter Andrea. She also leaves her sister, Mary (John) Moclair and their sons Paul and Roy (Bernadette) of Ontario, Canada and a brother, David (Sylvia) Beckett and their daughter Annette of Surrey, England. A celebration of her life will take place at the Navajo Room, Sun Lakes Country Club on Sun Lakes Blvd, south of Riggs Rd. on Saturday, Sept., 19 at 10am.
