Beryl J. Brown Smith

She is survived by her sister, Nethella Hall (Dick), her two daughters, Penny Rhoads (Lyle Krebsbach) and Shelley Perry (Roger); step-sons Doug Smith (Sylvie), and Dennis Smith (Lynn); grandchildren Charles (Kathy) Tracy (Mark), John (Angela), Kerry (Mark), Wesley, Caroline, Aaron, Ryan, Audra, and Rachel; and great-grandchild, Preston. Preceding her in death were her beloved husband, Larry Smith, and beloved daughter, Patty Stearns and granddaughter Joanna Katherine (Katie) Tatum.

Beryl was a devout Christian, saved by Jesus Christ, with a true love of the Bible, which she studied and read daily. She was an exceptional wife and mother, and was loved and cherished by her family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

A memorial service to celebrate her life will be held at 10am Saturday April 30, 2011in the Oakwood Room at 2615 S. Farnsworth Dr, Mesa, AZ. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Paz de Cristo, an east valley food bank, 424 W. Broadway Rd., Mesa, AZ 85210.
