Betty Louise Houck, age 91, passed away on Monday November 6 at Hospice of the Valley Friendship Village in Tempe after a 3 year battle with Dementia. The long goodbye is over, it was an honor to care for her in her last years as she cared for her entire family for so many years, and the family wishes to thank Hospice of the Valley for the care they provided in her final days. She was born January 17, 1926 in Lansing Michigan to Forrest and Audrey (Conrad) Frayer. She had two brothers, Donald (Deceased) and Wilbur (Bill). She was a devoted wife and homemaker to Keith Dale Houck who preceded her in death February 19, 2017. After more than 72 years of marriage they are together again. She was a devoted mother and grandmother and is survived by daughters Gail Houck and Diana (Lee) Robberstad and granddaughters Margo (Joe) Torres and Carrie Davini. Private family memorial will be held at a later date.
