I worked with Bev, who we affectionately called B. Ware. She lived for her children and was probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. I can’t believe she has left this world. She will be missed. I wish I hadn’t let time pass us by so quickly. I wish her children the best! 

Grandma ware would always share her love with me and we did many crafts together. I have many lovely memories of sitting together and doing crafts. 

I love and will miss my Grandma, my "Smart Cookie."  I will miss cooking and doing art with her. I will really miss her picking me up from school and always having a snack for me. I loved when Grandma played Uno with me. 

Grandma Ware was the queen of trivia and games. I would always enjoy playing Kings in the Corner, Hearts, Uno, etc. with her. She loved her games and was especially good at them. Every Christmas she would gift my family a new game every year. I will miss her frequent visits at our house and her taking my sisters and I out to lunch. She was such a sweet and thoughtful person and I will miss her greatly. 

Patti (Hanley) Avery & I, Kathi Hanley, were another set of twins in the Kenton HS Class of 1968.  Beverly & Brenda were  just wonderful classmates and we all have such great memories of our HS days!  My sympathies to Brenda and to their families 

One of my fondest memories of Beverly was traveling to Tucson for several estate sales.

Bev loved and introduced me to estate sales. If there was anything we needed, she would find it at one. With three teenage girls in our home, there was often a need to replace a kitchen item. She would find replacements for platters, salad bowls, plates, pitchers... 

This past fall she really wanted to travel to Tucson to hit two estate sales. So early on a Saturday morning, I drove my mother and Bev to Tucson. We had such fun searching for treasures, having lunch, taking in the scenery, and sharing.

I am thankful that Bev moved to Arizona so that I had the chance to get to know her better and spend time with her.  She will be missed greatly at all our family gatherings and when she would just stop in. 





Beverly and her sister, Brenda, were dear friends from high school. They were bridesmaids in our wedding 50 years ago. Our sincere condolences to all of her family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you at this time.

Beverly, my neighbor, my friend.  I will miss you like crazy.  You were my trail blazer and the person who always kept me informed.  About 5 years ago, a few months after you moved in, I knocked on your door and introduced myself and we soon began visiting and doing things together.   You introduced me to Trivia, a social group and Juke Box Bingo.  Before Covid, I looked forward every week for our group get-togethers and occasional dinners out.  It was fun getting together with our “eBay or Online Sellers” group.  Although you gave it a good shot, I never could convince you that you could make extra money selling on eBay.  It was always fun taking Lucy for a ride in the golf cart, but more fun when you would go, too.   I enjoyed traveling and only once convinced you to go with me to Sedona for a quick trip.  You enjoyed your mahjong and art class groups and although I tried the coloring class once, that was it.  I did enjoy when you showed me some of your accomplishments.  I was envious because you were so talented.  I was looking forward to occasional dinners out again now that things are starting to get back to normal.   I felt so badly that I could not do more for you a few weeks ago when you were in such horrible pain, yet I’m glad I could be there to help you when you needed me.  I will miss you and soon, after the tears run out, I will smile every time I think of you.   Fly gracefully and free in your new life, my angel friend, watching over Lucy, your family and your friends.

I came into the trivia group after it was already formed. Friends bill and Colleen Ferris knew rob and I were grieving for our son Robbie ,and included us.  I enjoyed sitting next to Beverly because she always got the answers right and since I agreed it made me look smart too. She was a very kind lady,she never had a mean word to say about anyone. I remember her being late a few times because she would take care of her grandkids.  I would always tell her not to worry I would save her a seat. I will miss her, you don’t get the opportunity to befriend someone so gentle and kind.
God took another good one from us.

Leonard and I met Beverly when our daughter married Jeff in 2015.  We had moved to AZ from FL to be closer to Jen and Abby.  Bev came to AZ shortly after to be closer to Jeff, Maddie and McKenna. We found we had more than family and granddaughters to love and share..we had a BOOKS ! Books sailed back and forth between our homes. Bev always claimed I read so much faster than her. I reminded her that was because I did not have her talents of painting and crafts.  Her watercolor Thanksgiving postcard of 2020 was so lovely I saved it. Holidays were special with games and gifts and laughter! We thank her for sharing in our lives for a time cut too short, far to soon.

Bev was a bonus aunt for me. I was lucky enough to marry into a family of wonderful people who immediately welcomed me. When we moved to Cincinnati, Bev was there to help us unpack and to play with the kids. When Mikey broke his arm, Bev was there to watch Tommy. When Jen was going through chemo, Bev was over at our house to cheer her up. Her leaving Cincinnati was hard for us, but we knew how excited she was to be with her grand kids. I feel lucky that we were able to visit her in Arizona. The boys and I will miss her smile, her laugh, and her "My Stars."

I will miss how you would go on about the kids

RIP dear cousin. We had fun growing up together with your sisters, Brenda and Glenda, and many other cousins. Memories will keep us together for now.  Your cousin, Craig 

Beverly was one of the first friends I made after moving to Sun Lakes--we both showed up at the Phase I Clubhouse for the weekly Trivia as newbies the same night in 2016...and we have been doing Trivia together ever since (moving to a Virtual Format once the Covid lockdown started)!  
As one of our teammates used to like to joke--"Beverly is not always right--but she is NEVER wrong!"  
She was a lovely, lovely person and the world is less for her passing.  She will be missed.
