Carol Diane Christenson

Carol was born July 13, 1942 in Lake Mills, Iowa to Glenn and Evelyn Dahl. She had 3 sisters Delores (Dee), Darlene, and Dorothy as well as two brothers, Gary and George (Joe).

Carol married Gordon Dahl on August 5, 1961 and they had three children together: Michael, Barbara, and Christopher.

In 1995, Carol married Jerry Christenson and they had a wonderful life full of friends and family until Jerry’s passing on December 30, 2018.

Carol had a huge love for life, family and her many friends. Carol was always someone everyone could count on whether for a laugh or a cry or just a great story. She enjoyed being with friends and especially trivia night at the golf club. She was a wonderful mother, devoted grandmother and favorite aunt to many nieces and nephews.

Carol is preceded in death by her daughter, Barbara and husband, Jerry as well as two of her sisters. Carol is survived by her two sons, Michael (Sheila) Dahl of Dallas, TX and Christopher (Kim) Dahl of Queen Creek, AZ 8 grandchildren... Spencer, Adrian, Aubrey, Alyssa, Ashlyn, Trey, Rachel & Travis, and 3 great grandchildren...Hudson, Kali & Kori.

A celebration of life will be planned after this pandemic. In the meantime, Carol is interred next to her daughter and husband in the memorial garden at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Chandler, AZ.
