She was born September 14, 1949 in Ohio. She was the daughter of Leota Brodeur and Frank Broderick. She had one beautiful daughter, Michelle Lee Francis and was blessed with one granddaughter, Charlie Ann Francis. Charlotte’s favorite adventure was the time she spent in Costa Rica. After many years in the construction business, she retired to take care of her granddaughter. Her life was full of laughter and love. Before moving to Arizona, she built a beautiful life in Ohio surrounded by her family, especially her stepmother, Annie Broderick, who she loved deeply. Charlotte lived a life that was nothing short of lasting blessings and continuous strength. Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 4:40am she passed away in her sleep in her own peace. There are not enough words to describe her and the life she lived. She made a lasting impact on everyone she met. I, her granddaughter, was taught how to be a strong independent women by her. There are many beautiful things in this life, and my grandmother was one of the most beautiful things in this life. Charlotte will forever be carried in our hearts and could never be forgotten. Forever and always we will love and miss Charlotte. Rest in Peace.
