Christine Maria Ward

Christine was born on June 14th, 1960 to Josef Part and Magdalena Fiedler in Chicago, Illinois.

Christine studied and earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin and later a Master’s in Education from Arizona State University.

Early in her career, she worked for Deutsche Credit in Chicago. She went on to marry Michael Joseph Ward on October 10, 1987 in Deerfield, Illinois. They soon moved to Arizona where she worked at JC Penny and were blessed with two sons, Alexander Joseph (AJ) and Cameron James Ward.

Christine touched the hearts of many through her teaching at The German School Phoenix, and McClintock High School and Desert Vista High School. In her entrepreneurial spirit and with her creative gifts, she started a fashion business that enabled her to reach out to women across the country.

Christine was dedicated to her faith throughout her life, most recently worshiping at Foothills Baptist Church in Ahwatukee, Arizona. Christine’s most comforting worship was through song and God blessed her with the most beautiful voice.

In turn, she blessed those around her with her songs of worship and with songs as a soloist. She also performed a memorable role as Miss Adelaide in Bethany Community Church’s production of “Guys and in Dolls.”

Christine’s role as a wife, mother, daughter, sister and grandmother were amongst her greatest achievements. She leaves behind her husband Michael Ward, children Alexander Joseph (AJ), Cameron James, daughter-in-law Alisha, grandchildren Easton Scott and Jaxon Michael, mother Magdalena, sister and brother-in-law Gina and Michael, and nephews Luke and Sam. Also, brother-in-law and sister-in-law Steve and Jane, with nephews, Geoffrey, Eric, Sam, Kevis, Kavornie, sister-in-law and brother-in-law Elissabeth and Jon, with niece Rachel.
