Clifton E. Fowler was born in Martinez, California on October 23, 1970. He moved to Phoenix, Arizona in 1973 with his father, mother and sister. He attended Wilson Elementary School in Phoenix from 1975 to 1982, Florence Elementary School from 1983 to 1985 then to North High School in Phoenix from 1985 to 1989. Cliff attended truck driving school in 1992 to 1993 where he started his dream as a truck driver. He lived his dream from 1993 to 2021. Cliff loved the Arizona Desert where he moved to be with his grandparents.
Cliff is survived by his sister and brother in law, Sarah Pennington and JD Pennington. He is now in heaven with his dad, William Wayne Fowler, his mom, Jean Evelyn Fowler, his aunt, Jane Eloise Galarza, his grandfather, Clifford John Arnold and grandmother, Jane Arnold. Cliff also leaves behind three nieces and one great niece, his girlfriend of 25 years, Rebecca Saunders and his best friends of 35 years, John & Kelly Yahraus. Cliff loved to travel and to go on road trips with his girlfriend.
