87 of Phoenix, Arizona passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 29th, 2012 with wife and sons by his side. He served in 3 wars and 3 service branches, retiring as a Major in the USAF. Following his military career, Dale ran for and was elected as the Arizona Corporation Commissioner, an office which he held for 8 years. Today, Dale is survived by his wife Viola “Jonnie” Morgan, sons Dennis, Gary, and David and 2 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 3 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 am on Thursday, May 3, 2012 at Valley of the Sun Mortuary and Cemetery, 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, Arizona 85248. (480) 895-9232
