

Damien Medina, a compassionate, humorous, kind-hearted, loyal, selfless, and thoughtful individual, passed away on November 16, 2025, at the age of 50. Born on March 6, 1975, in Mesa, Arizona, Damien spent his formative years in the area, attending Tempe High School where he played baseball and football and also wrestled.
Damien enjoyed a fulfilling career, driving doubles for Budweiser as a truck driver, a role he cherished. Additionally, he found joy working as a budtender in the dispensary industry, a job that suited his outgoing and engaging personality.
On March 6, 2003, Damien married Catherine "Jaime" Mills in Las Vegas, Nevada. He is survived by his beloved wife, Jaime; his son, Dominic Medina; his step-son, Alexander Mills; and his four grandchildren, Musiq, Isley, Love, and Yuko. He is also survived by his parents, Albert and Teresa Medina; his sister, Regina Rivera; his god-children, Christian, Mia, and Bella; and several extended family members including aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan and a lover of the Los Angeles Dodgers, Damien enjoyed spending quality time with his family and friends. His passion for sports extended to his community involvement, where he coached little league baseball and football for his sons.
The visitation and viewing will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary, located at 10940 East Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, AZ, on Thursday, December 4, 2025, from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The funeral mass will take place the following day at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church, 2121 S Rural Rd, Tempe, AZ, on Friday, December 5, 2025, from 10:30 am, followed by the graveside service at Valley of the Sun Mortuary at 12:00 pm.
Damien's presence will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.
