Diane Miles Merrill, 56, of Chandler, Arizona passed away December 1, 2013 after a long battle with cancer. Diane was born in Ridgewood, New Jersey. Diane had a loving marriage with her late husband Dale. They shared a love for animals and had many pets. Diane's creative talent was appreciated by all who entered her beautifully decorated homes and enjoyed her fabulous handmade seed jewelry. She loved to cook and spend time with Dale promoting his award winning photography. They moved from Arizona to Michigan to care for their mother's. After Dale's passing, Diane returned to Arizona. Diane is survived by her mother, Jean Preece of Jackson, MI, her father, Seth Preece and stepmother, Margaret Preece of Sun Lakes, AZ and her brother Dana Preece of New York, NY. There will be no services at this time. Diane will be laid to rest in her family plot in Tully, MA. Donations may be made in Diane's name to your local Humane Society or Grace Hospice, 2141 E.
