Elana M Shuster (Esther Malka bat Josef v' Chaya Rifka), 89, formerly from Northbrook,Il and Boynton Beach, FL, passed peacefully on February 20, 2023. Elana was a loving Wife, Mother and Grandmother. She lived a long fulfilling life and traveled the world with her beloved husband Shlomo. They shared a love of travel, music, and culture and especially enjoyed many nights out at the Chicago Symphony, Civic Opera House, Ravinia or Marriott Theater.
Elana is survived by her husband of 69 years Rabbi/Hazzan Shlomo Shuster, daughters Aviva (Richard) Hedge, Dina Derman and grandchildren Tyler and Shae Beckett. She was preceded in death by daughters Avis (Dean) Davison and Aliza (James) Beckett. Rest in peace and "sing unto the lord a new song".
