our women to serve in WWII, she willingly volunteered as a 3rd class pharmacist’s mate. At the age of 23, Eleanor met the love her life, Frank DuBoce, at a dance in Alhambra, CA and they kept dancing for 66 years. Her family relocated to Arizona in 1969. She was a loving and dedicated mother and a beloved Granny. Eleanor was a devout Christian and amazing role model of love, compassion, and faith. When asked what the purpose of life is, she responded, “To enjoy it.” She is survived by her daughter Patty Buessing (husband Tom), son Jim DuBoce (wife Tina), grandchildren Heather Gaines, Stephanie Spade, Stacie Wylie, Michelle Behmetuik, Crystal Behmetuik, Jake DuBoce, Kyle DuBoce, and William Wohlman, great-grandchildren Kayla Gaines, Kayse Duprey, Mackenize Spade, Kaydon Gaines, Brock Spade, Isabella DuBoce, Delaney DuBoce, and Liam Wylie, and great-great grandchildren Hayden Brown and Madilyn Duprey with Baby Gaines on the way.
