Eugene Valencia Ruiz, born on June 18, 1937, in Chandler, passed away on November 13, 2025, at the age of 88. Eugene was a resident of Chandler, Arizona, where he was known for his kind, caring, loving, and giving nature. He had a remarkable ability to joke with everyone and made friends with all those he came in contact with. Eugene was exceptionally proud of his family and demonstrated his pride through his unconditional love for them.
He will be deeply missed by everyone who knew him.
Visitation services will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary & Cemetery, located at 10940 E Chandler Heights Rd, Chandler, Arizona, 85248. The visitation will take place on November 23, 2025, from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
