Gary Oscar Skie

Gary was born to Oscar and Marie (Molvik) Skie in Canton, South Dakota on February 26, 1943. He died on March 11, 2022.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Marsha Salberg, and four siblings: Duane (Ginny) Skie of Roseville, MN and sisters Carol Dannen, Marilyn (Harlen) Buskohi, and Nancy (Michael) Hopp, all of Sioux Falls, SD. He will also be missed by Marsha’s family: Cynthia (Arne) Lerfald, Pam (David) McCarthy, Emmett (Stacey) Salberg, and Ray Peterson.

Gary enjoyed many successful years as an investment advisor in Minneapolis before retiring to Sun Lakes, AZ.

A celebration of Gary’s life will be held at Valley of the Sun Mortuary on April 29, 2022, at 11:00. Memorials may be sent to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 East Flower Street, Phoenix, AZ 85014
