So sorry to hear of George’s passing.  George and I worked together at De-Sta-Co from the beginning of his career.  He was a really, really good friend.  We shared family stories and experiences, many laughs, lunchtime euchre games and work projects.  I was a thorn in his side with my ability to mess up the computer programs, but he always bailed me out with a lot of laughs.   

Lent begins tomorrow and it brings another memory.  On Good Friday DeStaCo would close from 12 to three.  George, Tom and  I would go to the Blessed Sacrament Cathedral from noon to three while the others went to the bar.  You earned your wings early on.

Rest In Peace with the Lord old friend.

I have known George for only 12 years, I knew him to be a kind hearted person with a wicked sense of humor. We shared the love of counted cross stitch and now know how very meticulous he was in his work.
George is in peace and will be greatly missed, Tripoley won't be the same without our buddy George at the table.
George made a killer Poor man cabbage roll dish that was to die for I'm so glad he taught John his recipe!

It is so difficult to say what losing George feels like.  I am struggling to think of words to express myself.  I am flooded with memories of time spent with this funny, awesome, crazy man.  He totally understood me, he always lovingly referred to me as “Princess”.   Our family will forever have a hole in it where George should be.   Until we meet again George, “The   Princess” will miss you and treasure the time we shared.   Rest in peace brother, you have earned it.  ♥️🙏🏻

I have known John for close to 30 years and John was with George for 35 years! George will always be with John and continue to be a part of his life. From time to time in the morning, I would deliberately call the house line instead of John's cell phone and George would answer and say "Tim, the King is on his throne" :-)  And the 2 of us would giggle like little 10 year old boys. George had a wicked sense of humor especially if it was at John's expense. George was loved by so many people including me. He will be missed. 


Very saddened to hear of George's passing. I remember all the good times George John Charla, Johns family and I had through the years. I met George through bowling, We bowled on the same team for many years along with John and Charla. We would head to the casino after bowling many times. Took vacations to Vegas, had some great times. George was a kind person, I don't ever recall him ever having anything bad to say about anyone. I will always remember all the good times we had. George, may you rest in peace. 

George and John have been my close friends since 1992.  Although George is gone, he will not be forgotten.   When I think of him, I will remember the fun times we had on our many vacations, and all of the other fun times we had.  R.I.P. good friend until we meet again.  



George was very special to me I will always remember him fondly, still hard to believe the good Lord has called him home so soon. All my love and prayers to John and George’s family. Such fun times at Karen’s house when you both came to visit and going out to eat! and his funny look he used to give us! I miss you till we meet again have fun with all your family up there. Love you John❤️
