Graciela P. Pinon Martinez

Graciela "Grace" Martinez - age 69, of Chandler, AZ passed away on Friday, November 4, 2011. Born in Chihuahua, Mexico, she is the daughter of the late Eutimio and Juanita (Velasco) Pinon. Grace earned her Bachelor's Degree and spent many of her years as a homemaker after her marriage to Jose R. Martinez, Jr. Together they had two children, Jaime and Sylvia. She was predeceased by her loving husband, Jose; her parents; her parents-in-law, Jose, Sr. and Elena Martinez; brother-in-law, Ray Martinez and sisters-in-law, Lolie Cromeens and Beatrice Martinez. Grace is survived by her children, Jaime and Sylvia; son-in-law, Shawn Hendrickson; grandchildren, Elena Martinez and Shayla Hendrickson; sister, Carmen Duffy; brother, Manuel Pinon; brothers-in-law, Bruce Duffy, Hector Martinez, Jess Lopez, Tom Cromeens and Ed Fernandez; sisters-in-law, Lulu Lopez, Gloria Fernandez, Kathy Martinez and Jeannie Kitson Pinon; nieces, Cristina Hopkin, Lara Kitson Pinon, Sara Cromeens, Rebecca Montez, Laura Moore, Sylvia Payne, Jennifer Burkland, Hannah, Martinez, Madeline Martinez and Carolyn Martinez; and nephews, Travor Yates, Greg Kitson Pinon, Tom Cromeens, David Cromeens, Eric Cromeens, Ed Fernandez and Jess Lopez.

Family and friends are invited to attend the 10:30 AM Rosary Service and the 11:00 AM Funeral Mass BOTH at St. Benedict's Catholic Church, 16223 S. 48th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85048 on Tuesday, November 8, 2011. Interment will follow at National (VA) Memorial Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 N. Cave Creek Road, Phoenix at 1:30 PM that day.
