Harold Duane Foote

was born on April 21, 1947 in Casa Grande, Arizona to the late E.C. "Buck" and

Francis Lorraine Foote. He graduated from Santa Cruz High School, Eloy Arizona

in 1966. He had a successful career in the liquor and wine business. Additionally, he

spent over 30 years as an official with the Arizona Interscholastic Association as well

as time spent as a PAC 10 replay official. It was clear to everyone that knew Harold

(also known as “Papa” ) that he made friends everywhere he went, always with a joke

and a laugh. Harold is survived by his faithful wife Georgia Foote, two loving dogs

Bear and Buck, and children: Matt and Shannon Foote of Nebraska; Steven and

Tina Foote of Gilbert, AZ; Jarrod and Joanie Foote of Mesa, AZ; and Kevin and

Karina Foote of Mesa, AZ. He was blessed with 13 grandchildren: Danielle, Taylor,

Christian, Tanner, Ethan, Hailey, Asher, Noelle, Luke, Bronwyn, Alex, Bella, and

Jonathan. Being 1 of 6 children, Harold is survived by 3 living siblings: Barbara

(Nap), Ernie (Kay), and Larry (Debbie ). He is predeceased by his siblings Jerry Foote

and Betty Foote.
